Online Business Consulting Pack
10 hours- Online or in-person consultancy on strategic or operational topics. After 10 sessions, you will have the necessary tools to tackle the challenge. Up to 2 individuals can participate in the sessions. If necessary, additional post-session support can be arranged on a per individual session basis. This package provides a methodology to identify pain points in the company and seek the best practical and profitable solutions.
Business Diagnostic Pack
2,5 days- By conducting interviews with the Management Committee and middle managers, and analyzing the Business Model using Business Canvas and other methodologies, it is possible to diagnose the pain points within the company and prioritize action lines based on impact and effort. This package can be followed by the support of internal or external consultancy.
Leadership by Values Pack
2,5 days- With the CHALLENGE identified by the Management, we conduct an individual exercise to identify Core Values, followed by a group exercise to align values within the team and with the Challenge's Values. This package provides the Management with the necessary tools to detect stress and optimize talent within the company, using the methodology of Coaching and Values-Based Leadership (@Simon Dolan).
Consulting Pack "on demand"
10 hours- I offer 10 hours without prior planning (Pack 1) to be used within 3 months, subject to availability without the need for advance scheduling. Assistance in Management Committees, support in specific negotiations, and assistance in complex decision-making. This pack is useful in transition processes, company mergers, changes in governance, etc.

Mis mejores recuerdos de un proyecto donde nos demostró trasmitir confianza al equipo, con mucha profesionalidad, y con una muy buena gestión de los tiempos. En los 5 meses que tuvimos la oportunidad de poder compartir coaching gastronómico en este proyecto fue todo un lujo tenerla en el equipo. Es una persona con una gran visión del negocio. (Uno aprende día a día de los colaboradores). Hoy por hoy solo me queda dar las gracias y decirle que volvería a trabajar con ella con los ojos cerrados. The job: To prepare a fully new concept for market launching within 10 months. The concept: A complete range of high quality level frozen ready to heat products, for the horeca professionals. To do: To describe the concept, the needed products, propose the final selection, find the right suppliers, make the first agreements for deliveries, prepare salesteam for launching. To bring this project to a succes, to do the job in the right way, Maria must be and was: Analytic, practical, hands on, able to convince suppliers and salesteam, efficient and kept always the helicopter view. She is to the point, well informed and always looking for improving her output in favor of her client.
Maria was the project manager for a global summit planned for Barcelona in 2020. She did a superb job and we were very happy with her professional work . What a pity that due to COVID -19 we had to cancel the event at the last minute. I’m in contact with Maria and should we plan other projects, there is no doubt that she will be in my shortlist.
